About Us
Golden Horizons Elder Care Services, Inc., was founded in 1996 by Lisa Gradzewicz. It began in Madison, CT, as a local non-medical homecare agency committed to high quality care and deep collaboration between owner, staff and each client. Lisa, leads a dedicated team of caregivers serving clients across New London, Middlesex and New Haven counties.
Our mission is to help our seniors live independently in their own homes, while receiving the care they need - whether it be help with housework, transportation to appointments or assistance with bathing. We offer FREE one-on-one consultations and customized plans of care tailored to each client's needs. Our team consists of compassionate and competent professionals. Each caregiver undergoes a thorough interview process and background check. All employees are bonded and insured.
