Chef Ani Robaina brings years of culinary experience and a passion for food, cocktails, design, and entertaining to Ani’s Table & Marketplace.
Chef Robaina classically trained at the famed French Culinary Institute and has worked with some of the culinary world’s most respected chefs, including Chef Douglas Rodriguez, Chef David Bouley, and Executive Chef Monique Barbeau at the James Beard Award-Winning Fuller’s Restaurant in Seattle. After a groundbreaking run at the prestigious Pond House Café in West Hartford as the Executive Chef, Chef Robaina launched Ani’s Table, Distinctive Food & Catering in 2019. She is a regular guest chef at Weekend Kitchen in Essex, CT, and a frequent culinary talent on WFSB’s Better Connecticut, Fox 61 Meal House, and NBC’s CT Style.
Food enthusiasts will enjoy a welcoming market filled with scratch-prepared foods including a variety of sauces, seasonal soups and salads, Chef Ani’s signature international fare, locally sourced produce, and artisan products such as DiFiore Ravioli.
