Pullman & Comley Recognized as CFJ 2026 Community Hero of the Year

The Center for Family Justice (CFJ) has named Pullman & Comley its 2026 Community Hero of the Year, recognizing the firm’s longstanding commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. The firm was honored at CFJ’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 23 at the Trumbull Marriott.

The CFJ is a leading Connecticut nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families through free legal, trauma-informed counseling, and advocacy services.  Many of CFJ’s clients cannot afford the needed help with restraining order hearings, custody disputes, child support and divorce proceedings. Over the past several years, Pullman Family Law attorneys Stacie Provencher, Beck Fineman, and former colleague Hon. Campbell D. Barrett have dedicated significant pro bono hours to helping CFJ clients navigate complex and deeply sensitive legal matters.

“We are honored that CFJ values the work that Stacie, Beck and the Pullman team have committed toward supporting survivors,” said Pullman & Comley Chair Lee Hoffman. “CFJ’s dedication to helping families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives has made a truly meaningful difference in our community, and we are very proud to support that work.”
