Nominations are Open for Connecticut’s Finest, Benefitting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to raise funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis, a progressive, genetic, multi-organ disease that affects over 400 people in Connecticut and nearly 40,000 people in the U.S. 
Each year, our organization recognizes 20-30 top young professionals across Connecticut in a guided fundraising and awareness campaign, culminating in our Connecticut’s Finest celebratory event. Finest Honorees are individuals, ages 25-40, who exemplify leadership qualities, are active in volunteer roles, and/or have excelled in the business community.  Honorees receive recognition in local media, on the Connecticut Chapter webpage, social media, e-newsletters, and at the final event. We would like to extend to you the chance to nominate one of your employees for this exciting opportunity.  

This annual event is a celebration of Connecticut's best and brightest outstanding professionals. These leaders are not only making a positive local impact, but they’re also committed to supporting the Foundation's mission by raising funds and awareness over the months-long campaign. The event will take place on September 24, 2026, at The Woodwinds in Branford, CT.
