We are seeking a Program Instructor to join the Vista team. 
 
Responsibilities for a Program Instructor include:

  • Supporting and encouraging our young adult students to reach key goals and milestones in their journey towards independence
  • Providing one-to-one or group instruction to young adult students in basic life skills, adult thinking skills and social skills
  • Assisting in the evaluation process and providing appropriate trainings
Requirements for a Program Instructor include:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of related experience
  • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Location:  This position is based at our newly renovated Westbrook, CT campus. 
 
Job Type/Shift Information: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm 
 
Hourly Rate:  $20.00 
 
This is a Benefits and PTO (Paid Time-Off) eligible position.
