Job Summary: H&T Home Services is seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our growing team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks for residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and basic home improvements
· Install fixtures, doors, trim, and other household components
· Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
· Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding job scope, timelines, and updates
· Safely operate tools and equipment
· Travel to various job sites as needed
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
· Strong general knowledge of construction, maintenance, and repair work
· Ability to use a wide range of tools and equipment
· Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:

Work Environment:
· Work is performed at various residential job sites and may include indoor and outdoor conditions
· Physical requirements include lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods H&T Home Services maintains a smoke and vape free environment. Smoking and vaping are not permitted while working or at customer property.
