Paycheck Protection Program and Returning to Work: Where are We Now? An Up to Date Guide
As businesses plan their strategies for the gradual reopening of Connecticut, many still have questions about PPP loans, are seeking additional opportunities for financing, and want to know how they can safely bring their employees back to work.
Retired Judge Robert L. Holzberg of Pullman & Comley will moderate a panel including Nancy A. D. Hancock, co-chair of Pullman & Comley’s Business and Finance practice, and Jonathan B. Orleans, chair of the firm’s Labor& Employment Law section. Topics will include:
- Financial Assistance Update: with the funding in the second tranche of the CARES Act’s Paycheck Protection Program winding down, how are businesses working through the PPP?;
- Employment and the COVID-19 Workplace: as businesses begin to adjust to a pandemic “new normal,” this segment will address policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective workplace for employers and employees.
There will be ample time for Q&A at the end of the webinar. Please send any questions in advance to COVID19@pullcom.com.
