Candle Making Event

January 28th, 2023 is a first quarter moon.  Many people see the first quarter moon as a symbol of strength. The moon is moving towards its full brightness and is in the “yang” phase of its development. It is a good time to think about becoming stronger in the tasks needed to succeed.  The message of the first quarter moon is to keep moving forwards, regardless of your doubts or concerns. 

Come to this class and create 2 candles.  That is enough to make a Valentine's gift for someone while keeping one for yourself.  Affirmations of strength to accompany each candle made by each participant.

While the candles take time to "set" you will experience a guided meditation with Melissa along with Reiki healing energy.  Melissa will go around the room providing Reiki while participants follow along to a guided meditation pre-recorded by Melissa that focuses on the moon energy of strength.  When the meditation is complete, enjoy an energy tea, hot tea, seltzers, and/or other light refreshments to include snacks.
