Ahavah: The Story of Christmas
This year is the 17th annual performance of Ahavah: The Story of Christmas. We would love for you to join us as we bring this production to Middletown for a second time!
Over the past seven years, proceeds from Ahavah have allowed Ekklesia to donate over $40,000 to local soup kitchens. All of the profits from this year’s production will be donated to St. Vincent de Paul of Middletown.
The word Ahavah means “love” in Hebrew. The Ahavah production uses world-class dancing, acting, music, and projections to tell the story of Christmas through the eyes of a homeless girl. A mysterious book takes her on a remarkable adventure traveling back in time to experience the story of Christmas. She travels through faraway lands and witnesses meaningful moments in history, seeing humanity at its most beautiful, its most cruel, and its most vulnerable. Through her journey she discovers that she is never alone and that she is always loved. This sensational show is a sure way to kickstart the Christmas spirit of generosity and love for all.
The entire family will be exhilarated and inspired by this moving and engaging story!
The venue is following the CDC guidelines.
