Legal 500 Recognizes Pullman & Comley Attorneys as Connecticut US City Elite

BRIDGEPORT, Conn., Feb. 25, 2026 — Seven Pullman & Comley attorneys from the Litigation and Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions practices earned rankings on the inaugural list of the Connecticut Elite City Series of the Legal 500 Awards, and the firm’s Litigation team was also recognized in the area of Commercial Disputes.

Three members of Pullman & Comley’s Business Organizations and Finance practice were recognized in the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions category: Andrew C. Glassman, Matthew D. Glennon and Nancy A. D. Hancock. These attorneys were recognized for their work in areas such as banking, commercial finance, market research, private equity, tax, securities and antitrust issues.

Four members of Pullman & Comley’s Litigation practice were recognized in the Commercial Disputes category: Monte E. Frank, Jonathan A. Kaplan, James (Tim) Shearin and Steven J. Stafstrom Jr.  The overall Litigation practice was also ranked in Commercial Disputes, a category that encompasses work in areas such as antitrust cases, class action, probate, professional liability, securities and appellate cases.

Legal 500 US Elite selects lawyers and firms after deep and targeted research that includes interviews with leading practitioners, peer and client feedback, and evidence of impact on the market. The city level recognition targets partner-led firms operating outside the traditional AmLaw 100 landscape where firms often offer more accessible pricing and highly hands-on, end-to-end service.

“The acknowledgment and ranking by Legal 500 underscores the overall depth of the experience and knowledge Pullman & Comley brings to clients in Connecticut,” says Lee D. Hoffman, chair of Pullman & Comley. “This recognition reflects the caliber of our attorneys and the exceptional work they deliver every day.”
