BL Companies Welcomes Three New Principals

BL Companies, an employee-owned, multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental, and land surveying firm headquartered in Meriden, has named three employee-owners to Principal.

Each of the newly appointed Principals was selected in recognition of their hard work and demonstrated ability to positively influence the success of the firm.

The new Principals at BL Companies include:

• Greg Holtzman, RLA – Engineering – Land Development, Harrisburg, PA
• Timothy Houle, PE – Engineering – Land Development, Hartford, CT
• Charles Packer, PE – Engineering – Transportation, Norwood, MA
