Cloud Phone & Network Technician

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and manage cloud phone systems for customers.
  • Install phones and related hardware at customer locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with phone hardware, peripherals (e.g., headsets), voice quality, and network connectivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • Use ConnectWise Manage to review tickets, document work, and track progress.
  • Coordinate with other vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • CompTIA Network+ certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience with VoIP/cloud phone systems, SIP, and network troubleshooting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Yealink phones is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools.
  • Experience using ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing/documentation software preferred.
