Cloud Phone & Network Technician
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and manage cloud phone systems for customers.
- Install phones and related hardware at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with phone hardware, peripherals (e.g., headsets), voice quality, and network connectivity.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Use ConnectWise Manage to review tickets, document work, and track progress.
- Coordinate with other vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred but not required.
- Experience with VoIP/cloud phone systems, SIP, and network troubleshooting preferred.
- Familiarity with Yealink phones is a plus.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools.
- Experience using ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing/documentation software preferred.
