CT Humanities (CTH), a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities located in Middletown, Connecticut, seeks a full-time (37.5 hours) director of finance.

Position Summary

Reporting to the deputy director of administration, the director of finance is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, payroll, financial planning and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. Handles accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, purchasing and grants fiscal administration according to generally accepted accounting principles. CT Humanities currently has a staff of seventeen and an annual budget of $2.5 million.
