HUMAN RESOURCES - LABOR RELATIONS SPECIALIST

The Labor Relations Specialist position is ideal for both entry level and experienced legal professionals who want to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of employment and labor law. New hires manage their own caseload and projects in accordance with their level of demonstrated skill and achievements following a period of orientation and training. Ideal candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong reading comprehension and research abilities, and a great work ethic.
 
The Human Resources Department is a collegial environment that values productivity and work-life balance. This position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package (medical and life insurance, retirement plan, paid-time-off, etc.) including an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
