Responsibilities
- Executes projects from Conceptual Design through Construction, including the development of construction documentation; performs field verification site visits and prepares assessment reports.
- Works autonomously to complete Design, Documentation and Construction Administration tasks, utilizing staff support as needed; leads and supervises team members on complex projects.
- Researches and resolves problems; analyzes options and presents informed recommendations.
- Demonstrates strong design, detailing and technical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of architectural specifications, International Building Codes, Life Safety Code and ADA requirements.
- Coordinates with engineers, consultants and project teams to ensure full coordination and timely delivery of all aspects of project; able to interface directly with clients and stakeholders if asked.
- Mentors and guides junior staff through design and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Licensed and non-licensed candidates that meet these criteria will be considered.
- Professional degree in Architecture required, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant practical experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and success working within a team.
- Schedule-driven, ability to plan work of team to meet deliverables.
- Ability to identify issues, research/assess options and problem solve independently.
- A working proficiency in REVIT and Bluebeam required; familiarity with SketchUp, ProCore and cloud-based Specification software is a plus.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $113,000
