Registration opens May 19, 5 p.m. Learn about the process of "batching" the cocktail and the aging process and then lean in as we "tap" the barrel and taste Mike's Madison Honey Bee cocktail. Mike's inspiration..... “I love a Negroni, and having been introduced to Barr Hill Gin which has honey and sweetness flavor profile, I decided to substitute Aperol over Campari to get more floral and lighter flavors, then I chose an Amaro to add bitterness. This cocktail is a great alternative for those Aperol Spritz and Negroni lovers.
