Recovery Employment Program Steering Committee

REP was created to address the increasing needs of individuals who have suffered from addiction and are now in recovery to obtain gainful employment while being carefully monitored and coached through the process.  The focus of the coach is to not only assist the clients, but most importantly to find recovery friendly workplaces whom will pursue the larger goal of destigmatizing addiction and give the clients a much needed second chance.  Recovery is a long and difficult process, and being employed is key to helping addicts succeed in recovery and rejoining their communities.
