What is MyCTSavings?
There is a new state requirement for Connecticut business owners in 2023.
The Connecticut Retirement Savings Program, also known as MyCTSavings, is a voluntary retirement savings program for employees and other individuals working in Connecticut. Participating in MyCTSavings is completely voluntary for employees, but mandatory for businesses that don’t sponsor a qualified retirement plan, and have more than five employees who each earn more than $5,000 in a calendar year.
