Penguin Plunge

While Penguin Plunge season may look a little different this year, our goal at Special Olympics Connecticut is to bring together our community of supporters both far and wide! We know this past year has been a difficult and stressful time for everyone. Don't you think we all could use a little frigid fun to look forward to?

Make a difference in the lives of Special Olympics Connecticut athletes by taking the Virtual Penguin Plunge! Take a cold shower, roll around in the snow, dump some ice on your head, or take a dip in the hot tub. The possibilities are endless and the more creative the better! Don't forget your best Penguin Plunge costume!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Register for the virtual plunge and recruit your colony!
Snap a photo or film yourself taking your plunge!
Post your Plunge on social media using the hashtag #PenguinPlunge and tag @SpecialOlympicsCT
Raise funds in support of SOCT by asking for tax-deductible donations to Special Olympics Connecticut. Don't forget to leave a comment showing your support for SOCT athletes!

?Awards will be announced after the event. We will contact winners via phone or email. Winners will also be featured on the Special Olympics Connecticut and CTLETR social media pages.
