Penguin Plunge
While Penguin Plunge season may look a little different this year, our goal at Special Olympics Connecticut is to bring together our community of supporters both far and wide! We know this past year has been a difficult and stressful time for everyone. Don't you think we all could use a little frigid fun to look forward to?
Make a difference in the lives of Special Olympics Connecticut athletes by taking the Virtual Penguin Plunge! Take a cold shower, roll around in the snow, dump some ice on your head, or take a dip in the hot tub. The possibilities are endless and the more creative the better! Don't forget your best Penguin Plunge costume!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE?
- Register for the virtual plunge and recruit your colony!
- Snap a photo or film yourself taking your plunge!
- Post your Plunge on social media using the hashtag #PenguinPlunge and tag @SpecialOlympicsCT
- Raise funds in support of SOCT by asking for tax-deductible donations to Special Olympics Connecticut. Don't forget to leave a comment showing your support for SOCT athletes!
