“While I am thankful for modern technology and our ability to connect to others around the world, I feel that through technology we have distanced ourselves from the living, growing things all around us. I hope to reconnect the viewers of my artwork with the simple, natural things we come across every day, but that we often overlook.”
Ms. Barry has shown her work at the Newport Flower Show 2019; Old Saybrook Art Festival 2019-Awarded Best of Show, Art; Mystic Fine Arts Festival 2019 -Awarded Best Local Artist and has been a Guest Instructor Botany Conference, Fort Worth Tx. 2016
