The Middletown Prevention Council is a community-based coalition focused on promoting youth and family wellbeing through prevention education, awareness, and collaboration.

We work alongside schools, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local partners to address substance use prevention, mental wellness, and other factors that support healthy, resilient communities, particularly within the youth sector.
