Inversion Workshop at JUL
Join instructor Katie Ziskind and JUL for a one-hour workshop that will get you out of your own head and turn your perspective upside down!
Playfully explore inversions including traditional headstand, tripod headstand, shoulder stand, handstand and forearm stand. Being upside down is great for your organs, digestion, and immune system.
Bring an open mind, playfulness, and curious attitude. Foundational poses will be provided as well as steps to continue growing after the workshop.
Recommended as an add on to Katie’s Happy Flow & Relax at 10:00 AM, but not required. All levels welcome!
