HulaZen Yoga with Tiare Kahana
In this unique class, each yoga mat becomes the student’s private island escape from outward distractions, and the opportunity to explore the limitless potential for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Students leave class relaxed, yet energized, and in “an island state of mind.” HulaZen Yoga classes include: Basic breath work and meditation, gentle, basic yoga postures, mindful dance movements of Hawaii’s oral language tradition, known as hula, and the wisdom ancient of yogic and Hawaiian philosophy
