Futures Inc. Walk-In Hiring Event Futures Inc. is growing and looking for compassionate, dependable candidates interested in meaningful work supporting individuals with disabilities. Join us to explore current opportunities across our school, adult services, cafés, retail locations, and community-based programs. Positions include Teacher Assistant, Individualized Support Provider/Direct Support, Culinary Job Coach, and Retail Job Coach. Starting pay begins at approximately $20 per hour, depending on the position and qualifications. Candidates will have an opportunity to tour the location, meet members of the Futures team, learn about available positions, and interview during the event. Please bring a current résumé. Advance registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Candidates hired as a result of attending the event may qualify for a $250 sign-on bonus after completing 30 days of employment, subject to program requirements.
