Continuing Education: Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate

New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class - “Understanding and Preventing Racial Bias in Real Estate”. This is a mandatory course and is approved for 3 Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020 Real Estate License Renewal and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission. 

This course will provide you with the racial history of what has taken place within the real estate industry with insights into where we have been, where we are now and the work we have yet to accomplish.

Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact. 

At this time, registration for this class is restricted to Realtor Members, Realtor Association Affiliate Members and Association Staff members only.
