Continuing Education: Real Estate Law for Brokers & Salespersons

New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class - “Real Estate Law for Brokers and Salespersons”. This is a mandatory course approved for 3 Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020-2022 Real Estate License Renewal and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission. 

The course objective is to help Real Estate professionals understand Real Estate Law as it pertains to advertising, agency, fair housing. We will also discuss rules and regulations as they pertain to real estate teams, real estate appraisal, condominiums, independent contractors versus employees and provide guidance as it pertains to assistance animals. 

Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact.
