Continuing Education for Real Estate: Explanation of the CTR/GHAR Co-Branded Purchase & Sale Agreement & Riders
New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class. This course is approved for 3 Elective Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020-2022 Real Estate License Renewal and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission.
This course will review the co-branded CTR/GHAR Real Estate Purchase Contract clause by clause, including definitions and explain the associated co-branded riders:
Appraisal Rider
Common Interest Community Rider
Insulation Rider
Percolation and Pit Test Rider
Sales of Buyer's Property Contingency (Under Contract or Hubbard) Rider
Courses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact.
