2021 Middletown Pride Virtual Parade Video Submission
We at Middletown Pride thank you for participating in our virtual parade this year. We are grateful for your continued support during these difficult and uncertain times, and we look forward to receiving your video submission.
All videos submitted should be no more than 20 seconds long to ensure that all videos will be able to be shown in the time allotted for the Parade. Videos need to be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday, April 30, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
No participant in the Virtual Pride Parade will be shown possessing or consuming alcohol or the use, possession or distribution of any illegal or controlled substances during the Parade at any time. If your organization violates this policy, your organization will be removed from the Parade.
The Parade Coordinator has the right to remove any Parade participant for non-compliance with any of the rules and regulations stated herein. By signing below you agree that Middletown Pride has the right to manipulate or alter your submittal in any way during the broadcast of the Middletown Pride Parade 2021, including but not limited to altering the length of the video, adding the Middletown Pride logo to the video, or superimposing social media tags and handles over the video. Middletown Pride is absolved from any liability arising from the use of your video submittal, or any activities in association with Middletown Pride in accordance with City, State, and Federal laws. No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be allowed during any portion of the Pride Parade event. Middletown Pride reserves the right to remove any video submittals in violation of any rules contained herein.
