LCSW clinician with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field working with youth diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, teenagers, individuals, and families.

I believe in meeting you where you are at. You are the expert of your life; hence you will take the lead in your transformation with my guidance and support. Words that I chose to live by from Maya Angelou “people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people won't forget how you made them feel. My goal is to establish a therapeutic connection to address with you, areas of future growth. My true calling is helping you to embrace your true and unique self.

As a licensed Clinical social worker, I am dedicated to helping others cope with daily challenges and transitions. In addition to traditional talk therapy. I offer guided mind and body healing therapies. I am a certified Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner. I utilize a client centered, strength-based approach, with all forms of treatment.
