We are a local law firm that focuses on the areas of Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate, Medicaid, Elder Law, and Real Estate. We prepare simple estate plans including Wills to name guardians of minor children, powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives/living wills, more complex probate-avoidance plans, asset protection plans, and long-term care planning, applying for Medicaid (Title 19), Veteran’s benefits and Pooled trusts. Our probate department prepares the necessary paperwork after your loved one passes away. Our real estate department has a dedicated full-time paralegal. We assist both buyers and sellers through the entire closing transaction. We also have the expertise to clear up probate matters that may arise in the title.
