About Us

We are a REALTOR® trade association dedicated to providing valuable programs and services to our members so that they can better serve their home buying and selling clients and customers.

We provide pre-licensing education for persons who wish to enter the real estate or appraisal field, as well as continuing education for licensed real estate professionals. Courses are provided through our New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School. Live Virtual classes are currently available.

We also offer Affiliate Membership, providing valuable networking opportunities for companies and organizations with real estate-related interests.

NHMR is also making outdoor space at our office headquarters available on a rental basis for those needing to host an outdoor event. Day, evening and weekend rentals are available at affordable rates. Our facility is conveniently located off I-95 on Boston Post Post Road in Guilford, CT.
