Established in 1993. Offering Kenpo Karate, Modern Arnis, and weapons for adults and children. Self defense, home training DVD's, demonstrations, karate birthday parties, seminars, private and group classes. Currently offering both in-person and on-line classes! Classes overseen by 8th degree black belt and Middletown Sports Hall of Fame inductee Sensei Frank Shekosky.
