Women's Business Network & Real Estate Council presents "Self-Defense 101"
Program description: This class will teach protective tips on how to avoid confrontations as well as self-defense techniques when conflict cannot be avoided. No previous experience is necessary for this class. Please dress comfortably.
Class Instructor: Sensei Frank Shekosky has owned and operated Cromwell Martial Arts since 1993 and is a 9th degree black belt in karate. Sensei Frank has been inducted into the Middletown, CT Sports Hall Of Fame and into the USA Martial Arts Hall Of Fame.
