Gilead Mental Health Resource Center Family Support Group
Gilead’s Mental Health Resource Center is excited to launch a free open Family Support Group for those who have a loved one living with a mental health diagnosis.
Watching a loved one struggle with a mental illness can be
difficult. Participants will learn coping tools, importance of
self-care, peer-to-peer discussion, listen to guest speakers
and learn about helpful community supports and resources.
