Presented by the Mattabeseck Audubon Society and the Rockfall Foundation, join us in celebration of the bicentennial of Henry David Thoreau’s birth with a program by Richard Smith, a historian and staff member of the Thoreau Society in Concord, Massachusetts. Through Mr. Smith’s portrayal, Thoreau steps boldly out of the 19th century and into the 21st century! This program offers a “living history” experience with a presentation followed by questions from the audience. Reservations requested, please email ThoreauLu17@gmail.com or call the Rockfall Foundation at 860-347-0340.
