The Affordable Housing Committee, co-chaired by Paul Pizzo and Joe Feola, ensures that the business community has a constructive voice in Middlesex County’s housing conversations. The committee brings together developers, lenders, realtors, nonprofit partners, attorneys, and other professionals to share insights, inform policy, and advance solutions that strengthen both the economy and local communities. The committee has hosted a variety of impactful programs, including Planning for a Vibrant Downtown, a developer forum on housing incentives, and a special luncheon with the U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Continuing this work, the committee partners with local and regional stakeholders to promote housing as an economic driver and serves as a key resource to the Chamber on housing-related issues.
