Job Summary
GCI Outdoor is a leading vendor in the outdoor, hardware, sporting goods & RV industries. We are looking for a positive, highly motivated, energetic, and organized person to serve as an assistant warehouse logistics coordinator in our new 30,000 square ft warehouse focused all phases of shipping logistics including – processing order paperwork (pick tickets, BOLs, Packing Lists, Work Orders) for all order types (Parcel, LTL, & DSV Orders).  Strong communications, team player mentality and a willingness to learn are a must. Responsibilities include compiling complete set of documents for order picking and packing team, routing shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries with carriers, organizing shipping schedules, printing labels and processing ASNs.
Flexibility is key; candidates should be open to working extra hours as needed and to working at a fast pace to maintaining daily schedule. 

Other tasks may also be required.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent computer skills, positive attitude, highly trainable, ability to complete all tasks for daily shipping schedule.
