We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service Representatives work with customers and collaborate with internal teams to answer questions, problem solve, and take payments and delivery requests. Our reputation, workplace culture, and diversity are key qualities that maintain a positive relationship with customers & fellow staff.
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply computer skills using programs including Microsoft office and company software.
- Use a telephone headset and telephone system.
- Receive incoming calls from our customers as well making outgoing customer calls.
- Navigate our company database platform proficiently.
- Reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Demonstrate respect to customers and fellow staff.
- A passion for helping others and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Well organized, detail oriented and ability to multitask.
