SUMMARY:Sunrise\, Sunset and Moon Photography - An On Line ZOOM Workshop
DESCRIPTION:In this two-part online program via ZOOM\, explore the "Where\, When\, and What" of sunrise\, sunset and yes\, moon photography. \n\n\n\nDuring the first two-hour presentation Robert will discuss these elements in an open question and answer session with many examples of various environments. He will also suggest the appropriate times to photograph and places as well as what to include in your photographs. \n\n\n\nHe will discuss the tools that have become available for us in the age of smartphone apps for timing and location of this type of photography.\n\nPrior to the second session participants will each go out to photograph sunrise-sunset-and possibly the moon and then share with each other what we have experienced through an online display of each of our images. \n\n\n\nIt is fortunate that during the course we will experience the full harvest moon of 2020 on October 1st. The harvest moon is the name given to the full moon that takes place closest to the autumn equinox. So\, after our discussion\, we can use the tools to find the best times and places to photograph the sunrise\, sunset and the 2020 harvest moon and to share our images. If it is cloudy or rainy on the 1st shooting a day or so before or after can get nearly the same results as capturing the moon on the 1st. \n\n\n\nI can't wait to see it and the images we all capture!!!
