DESCRIPTION:"Is There a Lawsuit in Your Future?"\n\nInstructor: Teresa Sirico\n\n \n\n Each course is approved for 3 Continuing Education Credits towards the 2018 Real Estate License Renewal.\n\n\n\nAll classes meet the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission.\n\n \n\nCode of Ethics is not required by the State of Connecticut for Continuing Education or license renewal\, however it is recommended because Members of the National Association of REALTORS  must complete this course within the two year period from 1/1/17 to 12/31/18 to renew Membership.\n\n \n\nNOTE: ANY COURSE OFFERED BY NHMR WITH  CODE OF ETHICS IN THE TITLE SATISFIES THE NAR REQUIRED COURSE.\n\n \n\nWEATHER ALERT NOTICE: In the event of inclement weather\, please watch your local news station for delay/cancellation information.  We will also post information on www.middlesexchamber.com    \n\n           \n\nSchool policy allows no more than 10 minutes past the start time of class for admittance. Cancellation Policy is two business days prior to the event.
