The cost is only $7.00. Enjoy a meatball sub\, bag of chips\, cookie and bottled water. Delivery to Middletown businesses will be extended on orders of 10 or more with advance notice.\n\n\n\nPlease RSVP by Friday\, September 21 to reserve your order to go or to enjoy your lunch in our Harbor Room. All proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's  - the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care\, support and research.
