In this workshop you'll become more familiar with your personality at work by understanding the Everything DiSC framework. \n\n \n\nOur guest speaker\, Maureen Ross Gemme\, CEO of Emerge Leadership Academy has taught over 2000 employees how to improve their relationships at work by instructing them how to effectively use their personality. Think you have a generation gap issue? Think again. All relationships can be effectively managed by understanding the four DiSC styles and managing them accordingly. \n\n \n\nFirst you'll self-identify your own style and preferences\, then we'll discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each style. There will be a breakout groups exercise. By the end\, you will have the tools to speed read the personality type of an important relationship in your life and steps you can take to improve it.
