DESCRIPTION:Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce's\n\nBusiness & Education Partnership Advisory Council\n\n The Middlesex Consortium of Schools & \n\nWesleyan University's Center for Community Partnerships\n\nPresent\n\n2015 HIGH SCHOOL CAREER FAIR EXPO \n\nThursday\, April 30\, 2015   8.00 A.M.   12.00 Noon\n\nFreeman Athletic Center\, Wesleyan University\, Middletown\n\n \n\nBusiness and Career Professionals\, you are invited to present/exhibit\, and share your career experiences with students from the participating high schools in Middletown\, Cromwell\, Durham/Middlefield\, Portland\, East Hampton\, Chester/Deep River/Essex\, Haddam/Killingworth and Vinal Technical High School.\n\n \n\nAs a Career Presenter/Exhibitor\, you are asked to simply speak informally with small groups of students about your profession and related professions in your field.  Discussions should cover such topics as: a brief description of your career's responsibilities\; education/training needed\; the average salary range of your profession\; an average day and work week\; opportunities for advancement\; the most important skills necessary to excel at this job\; what you like most about your particular career\, and what you like least.\n\n \n\nThe Career Fair will be held in an "EXPO" format\, so each Presenter/Exhibitor will have table space.  \n\nA tablecloth will be provided.
