DESCRIPTION:New Haven Middlesex Real Estate School is offering this live virtual CE class. This course is approved for 3 Elective Continuing Education Credits towards the 2020-2022 Real Estate License Renewal and meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission. \nThis course is designed to determine the role of the Realtor and the appraiser in determining market values.  An overview of the various tools and information sources such as Town Hall field cards\, deeds\, and the MLS in the subject property analysis of single family\, condominium\, and multi family residences is covered.  FHA Guidelines and other variables are also addressed.\n\n\n\nCourses are held on the Zoom Meeting platform\, a microphone and webcam/camera are required to participate\, as the instructor must be able to see and hear the students - as well as interact. \n\n\n\nInstructor: Rhonda Lentini
