The rich material culture collection includes American Colonial\, Victorian & Colonial Revival furniture\; porcelain\, glass\, & silver\; paintings & decorative objects\; & many personal belongings. The archives encompass Palmer's architectural papers & drawings\; personal photographs\; correspondence between Palmer & Metzger during WWII\; & Metzger's correspondence & papers.\n\n \n\nConnecticut Landmarks is preparing to open the property as Connecticut's first historic site focused primarily on presenting LGBTQ history.
