SUMMARY:Chester/Deep River/Essex Division
DESCRIPTION:The Chamber has nine geographically based divisions which meet on a monthly basis throughout Middlesex County. These divisions focus on local economic development issues and each meeting features an update from local municipal officials.\n\n\n\nTwice a year\, in November and March\, our monthly morning division meetings are held during the evening and feature appetizers and networking\, with the goal of creating new connections.\n\n\n\nThe Chester/Deep River/Essex Division occurs on the first Friday of the month at different locations. This division does not meet in the Summer months of July and August.\n\n\n\nOctober's meeting is dedicated to the annual Candidate Forum. The following candidates for First Selectman have been invited to participate:\n\n\n\nChester\n\nCindy Lignar (D)\, incumbent\n\n\n\nDeep River\n\nCarol Doak-Jones (D)\, incumbent\n\nKathryn Russell (R)\n\nOswald Sheppard (U)\n\n\n\nEssex\n\nNorm Needleman (D)\, incumbent\n\n\n\nThank you to the Town of Chester for hosting the meeting.
