DESCRIPTION:The annual Veterans Day breakfast will be held at the American Legion on Freestone Ave\, Portland\, Saturday November 5th.  The door will open at 7:30 AM and we will be open until the food is gone. That is usually by 1030. The menu will consist of our usual fantastic chipped beef on toast\, omelets\, grits\, coffee\, tea\, bacon\, sausage and Oj all prepared from the 1941 U.S. Army cookbook. And all you can eat six bucks. Takeout's available.
