\nAll vendor registrations and required materials must be submitted by:

Important Next Steps (After Registration)
\nOnce approved and registered for Cruise Night on Main Street\, vendors must complete the following requirements if applicable. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in denial of participation.

Requirements for Vendors Selling Products
\nThe Middletown Police Department requires annual approval for all vendors selling goods.
\n\n
To comply\, submit the following:
\n\n
\n - $5.00 background check fee for each worker handling money
\n (Cash or check accepted\; checks payable to the Middletown Police Department) \n - Copy of a valid photo ID or driver&rsquo\;s license for each worker handling money
\n - Valid Sales and Use Permit (State of Connecticut)
\n or nonprofit documentation \n
\n\n
When submitting materials\, clearly indicate:
