Scope of Responsibility:

The Administrator, is responsible and accountable for the overall quality of care, quality of life of the residents residing in your facility, and the overall facility operations, including upholding corporate compliance, regulatory compliance and standards.

Experience:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meets the licensure requirements of this State.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of long-term care operational standards set forth in Federal and State regulations.
  • Prior long-term care administration training and experience preferred as a licensed nursing home administrator.

Educational Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary.
  • A degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred but not required.
